Two interviews and two documents to submit. First stage was the interview. If you pass that you move on to the next interview and have to submit two documents and references.

Interview
- Initial video interview with HR followed by an hour long video interview with hiring managers
- 2 assignments (create social media posts for small businesses and create responses for customer reviews)
- Request for 3 references
The process was stretched over 2 weeks but only to mail you that there is no immediate opening at this point without mentioning any valid reasons. The whole process seemed fake and staged. They have no proper functions/team structures and just re-shuffle and hire internally. Vey negative experience.
