The interview process was pleasant and the leaders I spoke to seemed sincere and transparent during our conversations. Within a couple weeks I heard from the recruiter that they intended to extend an offer - I heard the same in an email from the director of the position. They never followed up - even in response to my follow up email to the recruiter. I'm not certain if the position was eliminated or someone else was chosen after the intent was shown to offer a job, but there was no regard for communicating their decision either way.
