I was contacted by the Regional Sales Director via LinkedIn, and promptly setup a phone call after my response. After the phone conversation, I was contacted by Vertiv's HR recruiter within the week to discuss expectations, and to setup an in-person interview with the Area Sales Manager. After the in-person interview, a follow-up online interview with the Senior Director of Regional Sales was setup within the week. This was all near the Christmas Holiday season, so it did take a few weeks for an offer to be presented, but the interview process was much quicker and more efficient than others that I had previously experienced.
