Vertiv please train your HR to do a better job. the HR named Kris B. reached out to me on whatsapp to arrange for a screening call. i’d shared him my availability and he promised to give me a call on that day, and it never happens. tried to follow up with him on that by leaving him messages, he never replies, tried calling his number, he never answers, never calls back. tried reach him on the phone for 3 working days but to no avail. such a terrible experience and it is one of the most unprofessional HR personnels that i’ve ever dealt with
3 rounds, straightforward questions on SQL skills and experience. First phone call, then flew to Columbus and interviewed by 3 people; manager, manager's boss, and peer. 2 weeks between phone call and in-person, then 1 week between in person and offer letter.
