Ghosted by HR and 1 of the 4 final interviewers no showed. Initial HR screen, moved to Teams interview with hiring manager. Then asked to come in for 4 30 minute in person interviews. The first three were all a version of tell me about yourself and do you have any questions for us. No interest in asking me about my background. Last interview no showed which made for an uncomfortable situation for me and the last interviewer. Sent 3 follow ups to the recruiter. No reply. Finally emailed the hiring manager, he at least called and told me I wouldn’t be getting an offer due to lack of specific pricing experience. Terrible but typical for the hiring landscape today.
