Vertiv Managerial Position interview questions

The first interview has been focused on the screening. The following more in depth checking of the experience and background. It has been run very professionally and the candidate could get a very good understanding about the role and the company. I have had a very positive impression from the meeting. It has been shared that the information about the next steps will be communicated very soon. Unfortunately this has never happened. I have been ghosted and learned about the rejection when entering the online recruitment system. Not even an automatic rejection email has been sent when the candidate status has changed in the system. After spending hours researching the company, preparing and participating in 2 interviews this is a very bad candidate experience. Rejection is a normal part of the process, however it should be at least communicated to the candidate who has dedicated time to interviews.
