Interview
I went through about 5 rounds of interviews and got to the final stage where they asked for references. Then, I didn't hear back from them for over a week and a half and ultimately didn't get the job. Super frustrating.

Call with Head Mng - scripted with questions, video about 35-45 minutes
Meet the Team - panel style open forum, video, scheduled for an hour

Interview
I interviewed in 2017 at their Madison Avenue rental. I had to complete a short exercise that involved answering customer support emails. The interviewer asked about my "politics," and something else I can't remember that was equally inappropriate, presumably because of my race. I didn't expect an offer based on his blatant bias and I'm so glad I didn't get one.
Series of about 6 interviews, made up of phone call with recruiter, phone call with co-founder, video call with another team member, as well as individual video interviews with current team members.
