I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Viasat in Sep 2025
Interview
I found the interviewers very professional and asking insightful questions. I went through several rounds of interviews with different layers of the organization, a few of which were rescheduled multiple times. I think that was pretty inconsiderate of my time, since I wasn't offered the job and had to reach out to HR to get any response. I liked the managers I spoke to, and the company seems like a pretty good place to work at, but the several weeks of interviews with no offer left a bad impression of their interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Viasat (Carlsbad, CA)
Interview
Interviewed with multiple people in person. Team was trying to identify if my personality would be a good fit. Went around the building to multiple people's offices where they would individually interview me.

Interview
It was great!
1. 30 min call with recruiter
2. 30 min call with hiring manager
3. In person interviews with 6 people, all 30 mins, one in group of two interviewers
They asked general questions to hard behavioral questions. Overall easy as long as your personable, yourself, and honest.
