It took 3 weeks to get an initial email to set up a phone interview. HR called 1 hour early, didn't leave a voicemail, and then never called back. I reached out to them (email) and they were difficult in getting another phone interview scheduled for a few days later. The HR phone interview went well, but it took almost 3 weeks to get an email to schedule a phone interview with management. I replied with my availability for another phone interview, and did not hear any response. Then 9 days after receiving an email for the 2nd phone interview, I received another email saying that "since we did not receive a response, we figure you have moved on". That would be correct. I don't need this job that badly. From my experience, communication is limited solely to emails, with exception of the actual phone interview. Email correspondence is poor at best.
