I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Viasat in Dec 2012
Interview
I was contacted right away by a recruiter for ViaSat. The recruiter went through a very detailed review of my experience. She even asked about employers that were not on my resume. We discussed details about each job and why I left each job. The interview was an hour long and did not leave much more to be discussed. The second step of the process was for her to discuss the interview with a group of people to decide if I would go on to the next step.
