      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Viasat

      Interview

I was contacted by HR after submitting my application for the position online, and they set up a time for a phone screen. I was quickly (within a day or two) told that I had passed the screen and they wanted to set up an on-site interview with my potential manager and a few other team members. I was warned that it could take several hours, so eat beforehand. The on-site interview lasted 5 hours and I met with 7 different people, but the interviewers were very nice and personable. Honestly, it went by quicker than I expected.
