Zoom interview and site tour. Interviewers focused almost exclusively on their attendance and call-out problems. Heavy emphasis on how disruptive it is when a clinician calls out. Many opportunities to ask questions, but most came back to their staffing issues in one way or another. No interest whatsoever in me as a professional, instead effectively begging for reassurance I wouldn't walk off the job if hired.
