Zoom interview and site tour. Interviewers focused almost exclusively on their attendance and call-out problems. Heavy emphasis on how disruptive it is when a clinician calls out. Many opportunities to ask questions, but most came back to their staffing issues in one way or another. No interest whatsoever in me as a professional, instead effectively begging for reassurance I wouldn't walk off the job if hired.

I did an online interview through indeed. They had said they liked me and wanted to hire and will reach out. They never did so unsure about the details.. The interview process was chill.
