Interview
Spoke with Recruiter over the phone for inital interview, positive feedback about job and company and the interview went flawlessly. I was told that the hiring manager would respond to me within 1-2 business days. Waited three days for a response to no avail so I emailed the recruiter to ask if the position was filled, it hadn't been so I was told to wait another week. I sent one more email a week later but have not received a response. I would understand if the position was closed or they went with another candidate but I was just never informed of the decision and never contacted again. I like the company and the job seems great but feels like there's some issues in the hiring department.

Interview
Virtual interview went very well because I had a similar previous role didn't stay with vivint very long. I didn't like the potential for super long days and working out in the heat and cold also from my time there most peoples homes I serviced were disgusting couldn't deal with it.
Interview was fast and straight to the point. Expectations were met and compensation was good. Follow up interview in the next couple of days. Good experience overall and straight to the point.

Interview
After you apply for the position you may get call weeks later for a prescreen type interview. They will ask you all the questions for an interview and tell you they will pass the info to a manager that will then call you for another interview, just for them to ask the same questions. After the second interview they will let you know that that will make a decision on of you will move on to the 3rd interview which is an in person interview. My opinion all the interviews are unnecessary, this will not guarantee them the best candidates.
