First recruiter took a preliminary interview, asking some questions of that position and told she would discuss and submit the resume to the hiring manager (AVP), if hiring manager selects your resume to move forward the I would schedule an interview date. Second interview was taken by hiring manager, and qualified and moved to the on-site final interview with four peers interviewer, they were all directors. Among them two were more of training dept and other, and other two were same director of engineers, and they were apparently confused and expressed that telling -- they don;t know where I will be taken and given what role. It sounded little concerning to me but did get bothered that time. Anyway, overall interviews with them was good, not any negative or any blank head situation arose. At the end I asked them some questions which I already prepared and two of them appreciated my questions, then escorted me out of the building. Ultimately I was not hired !! and no feedback. It was frustrating. After that I saw they reposted that position and it was there for a long time.
