3 interviews in total: Went through an initial 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager, was then forwarded to a team member for another 30-minute phone interview going over past work experience, skill set, and tools, then forwarded to the manager of the team to discuss the opportunity further.

The process consisted of three, thirty minute phone screens with different members of the team I was applying for. General personality and background questions. Plenty of time to ask questions and it was expected you had prepared questions for the interviewer ahead of time.

Three interviews: 1 with HR representative, 1 with my manager, and 1 with the director. They were all around 30 minutes each and over the phone. It was very organized. Only con was that HR expected a final decision to be made within 5 days of receiving the offer.
