The process was lacking in many ways. First, the recruiter called the day before each interview and said they were unable to schedule another day. The manager seemed disinterested in the process and barely answered the questions I had about the company. After 5 interviews over a 2 month period, I still have not heard back from them. Even if I was not offered the position, it would be professional courtesy to contact me since I completed so many interviews and used my personal time. I definitely would not recommend.
