After doing the in person and left with the impression that I was the right fit due to comments by the interviewers, they elected to go with someone else. When I asked for feedback, I was told that they offered someone who had more "corporate experience and that it was truly the only reason" since I was coming from a full service agency. The next day the job was reposted. Slap in the face.
