Very easy. I applied online and recieved a phone call within a half hour of me applying, to schedule an in person interview. Your in person interview consist of two one on ones. The first being with the HR manager, and second followed by who the floor manager of your department will be. If your second interview goes well you will be offered a job on the spot.

I had a positive and thorough phone interview a day after submitting my application and resume. I was asked to attend an immediate in-person interview. My interviewer was so excited about bringing me in for an on-site interview, and I felt great about the whole process until I met my young female interviewer in person.
