I applied online, then had a phone interview, then they asked me to come in for a 1:1. During the 1:1,they asked me generalized questions about my work history. The only odd question they asked me was How do you show you want to attain a goal? This threw me off a bit, but then I answered her question by stating, "I would work hard to show that I want to attain the goal to the best of my ability." She then asked me "Well how would you show that you want to attain the goal?" then I asked her, "Well what is the goal?",she then stated, "Well any goal." Then I replied I didn't know. It was an odd question, but I felt I did what I could do answer it, I guess it just wasn't enough. It didn't surprise me to find out that I didn't get the job, but meh? I really didn't care. That question was so awkward, I really didn't know how to answer it, and it didn't help that she didn't tell me what goal I was suppose to reach?
