Interview
Long process, but was very professional. There were periods when i believed they decided to go with a different candidate and then my phone would ring for another interview. Throughout the process, it was fairly informal and interview process was more of a conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions: tell me about yourself, how have you dealt with upset customers, how to you prospect. There was never a "gotcha" question.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Vulcan Materials
Interview
Was very positive, but very strung out. They do a very reflective discussion on candidates it would seem. Low pressure, but thought out questions.
They will let you spell out your thoughts and to be reflective. Take your time during the interview process. My "in person" interviews were all at a restaurant, so be prepared for that. I never was able to really eat. No doubt part of this process was to see if I was "house broken".

Question 1
They are great at being very good at making the process very low pressure while still asking questions. Be prepared to answer on how best to handle a customer!!! This company knows who pays the salaries.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vulcan Materials in Mar 2017
Interview
Conducted first brief phone interview. This interview was just to get the basics of my interest in Vulcan Materials and what Vulcan has to offer. The interview was 10-15 minutes long and the result was forwarded to management for a future interview face to face.
