I applied online and about a week later I was given a call about this position. Without even going in for an interview in person or on the phone I was given a job offer for this position,
The entire process took about fifteen minutes. Was given a rundown on the basic operation sof the store. Straightforward and simple. No difficult questions. Basic team exercises. Asked how we would handle certain situations.

Very short to say the least got hired very quickly to be honest. I think it was just going over the job description and how much you’ll get paid and your hours.
The interview process was short and informal. They asked about my previous work experience and explained what my responsibilities would be in the roll. They offered me the job within 10 minutes and then gave me a tour of the department
