It was challenging to speak to a human. Too much automation. All the system wanted was digital info and a human didn't reach out at all until after a long time of submitting.
The interview process went smoohly. I received a phone call and talked about my past experience. After this the interviewer said I would need to talk to someone else for a second interview. I assumed this was the hiring manager and the person on the phone was the recruiter.
