I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery in Mar 2011
Interview
Standard process: phone screen interview with HR, interview with hiring manager, then hiring manager's boss, and finally the boss of the boss of the hiring manager. All questions were behavioral questions with with hiring manager, other interviewers just more of a question/answer. Not surprising in today's interviews that are guided by useless HR departments, not 1 question involved my technical knowledge.

Interview
I had interview with asst. controller, 10 days later with a manager, then final interview with controller. I got an offer the following week. I had another offer which was a little bit higher than Turner's so I evaluated pros and cons (co., benefits, location, etc.) on a board. 2 days later I accepted Turner's offer.
