The interview uses the application "Hirevue", which presents to you a series of interview-style questions as determined by Turner (around 10), and then gives you 30 seconds or so to prepare an answer before recording your video response. The nice thing about this process is that you are given an extra chance to re-record any answer if you felt your initial response wasn't satisfactory. You are also given a week to complete the interview at your own leisure. The downside of this process is the awkward nature of the interview. Without an actual interviewer to go off of, the entire process feels a bit unnatural and much more like you're talking to yourself than your potential hirer. The app does, however, give you the option to practice beforehand with a few sample questions. I strongly recommend this to, not only check your audio input, but also to get yourself warmed up before the actual interview. If you get past this stage, you will be offered a phone interview.
