Interview
Not a very transparent process. Had an initial recruiter call then was ghosted for two weeks prior to getting an interview with 3 members of the team. The Zoom interview itself was ok and they asked pretty job specific questions which was good.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery in Oct 2022
Interview
No recruiter nor phone screening. First step was an executive assistant reached out to schedule an interview with two people. Oddly enough I wasn't asked any questions, only stared at. So I had to keep the conversation going by myself. At the end of the interview I was told I'd hear back from the interviewers in 1-2 weeks. Never heard anything. Got an automated rejection email 4 weeks later.
