Interview
Prefacing this with the fact that I used other channels and got lucky enough to be put in touch with a recruiter at WBD. Interview process was pretty straightforward--initial screening with HR, Zoom interview with the folks I would be working for, then a second in-person interview with the same people onsite. It seemed pretty standard to me, but I tend to over-prepare, up to and including listening to the quarterly sales calls for the company I'm interviewing with. It ultimately came down to me and one other candidate who applied from within the company, and the internal candidate was chosen because of their existing familiarity with the company's processes.

The interview process was very long, took over 2 months. I ended up speaking with 8 people total, but they did schedule some back to back, so it was about 4 sets of interviews.
