Asked about my work I currently do, mentioned some of the tech and projects I currently lead. Nothing new since it was all already on my resume. After, mentioned that it doesn't seem like it's a fit due to "we work with a lot of data points" and "looking for a leader". When I asked for clarification since I'm literally a team lead, the recruiter replied by asking how big my company is (I answered 300-500) to which he compared saying ours is 35,000? Odd comparison, didn't realize companies had to be same size. Very confusing interview, as everything I shared was information already on my resume. Would not recommend anyone waste their workday for this.
