The process started with an application, followed by a recorded HireVue interview. After that, I had an on-site panel interview, which included both group and individual tasks. Then I had a Zoom interview with a director, and just when I thought it was over, the GM suddenly decided to jump in as well, so I ended up having one extra Zoom round. Overall, the whole process took about three months. Early on, communication was pretty slow — sometimes over two weeks between updates — but once I got to the individual interviews, I usually heard back within a couple of days. Everyone I spoke with was very calm and pleasant. The director’s interview especially stood out — they asked a lot of unusual, thought-provoking questions, which made it a memorable experience.
