Warren Averett interview questions

Emailed resume to HR to inquire about possible internships. Contacted a few weeks later to set up an interview. Met with two HR representatives who mainly wanted to know about my experience and interests. They talked extensively about their selection philosophy and the use of psychological techniques. Didn't really have any difficult questions and seemed extremely impressed by my grades and work experience. Not quite sure why I didn't get an offer as it seemed near perfect. Assuming my resume fell to the bottom of the pile since I interviewed so early on the in recruiting cycle. Funny side note, after I received my rejection letter (two months after my interview) their internship was advertised by a professor of mine in class. Just thought that was interesting...not sure what they want.
