1. Online application, which led to an assessment. 2. Phone review from HR, in which they determine whether or not to pass you on to the next level. The person I spoke with was excellent (Jacob). 3. Zoom interview (Samantha) was enjoyable as she spent time getting to know me, without me feeling like I was being 'evaluated'. There are also some scenarios/tests that they take you through. All-in-all, it was a nice change from the normal grind of how these things can go. You can tell that Wayfair values company culture and it's employees.
