The interview process was very easy going and laid back. They talk briefly about the company and the position then they ask you a few STAR questions. Be relaxed, yourself and have stories to tell and you’ll nail the interview

1. Online application, which led to an assessment. 2. Phone review from HR, in which they determine whether or not to pass you on to the next level. The person I spoke with was excellent (Jacob). 3. Zoom interview (Samantha) was enjoyable as she spent time getting to know me, without me feeling like I was being 'evaluated'. There are also some scenarios/tests that they take you through. All-in-all, it was a nice change from the normal grind of how these things can go. You can tell that Wayfair values company culture and it's employees.
