Wayve Fleet Service Manager interview questions

The interview was supposed to be a three-step process. The first phase was the initial screening, which began well and was conducted by a friendly recruiter. After passing the initial screening, I went on to the interview with the director. I was led to believe that I would be able to advance to the third phase, but I discovered that there would be no third phase due to the initial job being reposted again. Once I contacted the recruiter about the position, she informed me that I was a good fit and thanked me for applying. I was naturally disappointed, but I could have been better informed.
