I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayve in Aug 2024
Interview
The recruiter was very friendly and helpful and we did the screening as first step. Then programming interview as second stage and even though I passed this we had to repeat it to make sure I was good enough. After I passed the second round of coding interview I had to do a leadership interview that wasn't perform well or structured. Then a System design interview which made me feel I was interviewed by a robot. Last stage was a Domain interview (6 stages in total in this case) but we skipped it as they thought I was criticising their technology when I asked how the car navigated only with camera as the only sensor.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wayve (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
Quite picky, not really sure they know what they want. They are very specific on certain person that helps them to solve issues with their local storage. I thought they need to rethink how are doing their processes, I believe they just want to reinforce their mistaken approach, but that's just my opinion.
