I personally approached Wayve as they seemed like an interesting company to work for. After talking with a recruiter, I was arranged a very last minute (15 minutes before) video 1:1 call with a researcher in computer vision. The problem of interest was away from my expertise domain and although I tried to solve it, they decided to look for another candidate.

Unprofessional recruitment process. They are not sure who they are looking for, so they probably don't review CVs before sending applicants through the long interview process. Even after passing the interview, they might back to you that they either don't like your CV or they don't have any vacancy.
