Had a call with the recruiter who was late for the call and didn’t respond to my first email with a question before the interview. After the interview I was sent a full candidate pack but wasn’t progressed. I’d recommend the candidate pack being sent before the first stage interview as this would help people to prep. Receiving after an interview to not be progressed can also excite people for a role and waste time. The candidate pack looked great but not helpful to receive if you’re not being progressed. Also found it a different experience to be asked competency questions during a screen, this meant the interview was not conversational.
