Started with a call with a recruiter Then moved on to an assessment test. Followed by two additional interviews.
After the fourth interview I was “ghosted” even after sending a follow up on my candidacy. Which is surprising given the company’s position and do the right thing.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Wendy's (Denver, CO) in Dec 2022
Interview
During the phone screening, the recruiter related that while the Colorado posted range for the position was $74-124k, that the budgeted pay was only $90k plus 10% bonus. My minimum salary requirement is $110k. There’s no way I’m accepting a $20k decrease. What kind of bait and switch strategy is this? Shame on Wendy’s HR. This is a pretty scammy tactic to try and lowball candidates.
