I had one 30 minute interview with the campus Executive Director and one 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. I was invited back for two 30 minute interviews with the Provost and President at their headquarters, and then received an offer a few days later. Overall, the interview process on campus was cursory compared to the full day interviews I had at other educational institutions. I think the 'executive' level interviews were more thorough but not "tough" in the traditional way; they seemed to be gauging my responses to fairly straightforward questions to see if I shared similar philosophies and if there was a culture fit.
