I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Western Union (Vilnius) in Nov 2021
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. I applied within a week of receiving her request. She called me and we had a 7 min conversation. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with HR in any company.
She was rude and impolite - showing a lack of respect. She asked me to describe myself and after that she was only telling me that I was not going to be capable of performing the job and that I was not even going to be selected to be hired. She even dare to tell me that my current salary was too high for what I could achieve.
I don't understand why HR had the moral authority to treat you like this. Overall, I felt disrespected by the company - you shouldn't let the HR decide on your own capabilities, outside her area of expertise.
