I talked about my experience working with diverse groups of people in what was then my current job. I mentioned some challenges I experienced working with mentally ill customers and how I dealt with those situations. I also mentioned the importance of the presence of diverse personalities, working styles, and cultures in the workplace as it contributes to productivity and an enjoyable and inclusive working environment.
