The hiring process was lengthy in terms of answering the essay questions and waiting to hear back about whether or not you have moved on to the next level in the hiring process. The interview was scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance (sometimes a month) and after the interview the wait time was anywhere from 2-6 weeks of a wait. The interview panel is made up of a diverse group of employees within the department and was a very comfortable and engaging experience, as there was not only management level employees present and they each took turns asking questions.
