Whirlpool Corporation Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

After a brief phone interview, I was invited in for a meeting with the hiring manager. The manager asked me basic interview questions. Following the interview, I was brought to the back where a skills test was administered including a typing and following specific directions. After the assessment, I was called back with an offer. Overall, it was a smooth process to employment.
