They do a phone interview first, and afterwards they do an in-person interview. They mostly just did basic tests on what the potential employee can do. They do some behavioral interviews then they do technical interviews. The technical interview is a little tricky as how well you do on it plays a role on what job you get. Also the interview process isn't like most places, it is a little easier.

Phone interview then in person interview. Really easy interview, came in and talked with a few people for about an hour. I'm over qualified for this position, so it was an easy sell. Heard back within a few days.
