I had researched prior to the interview the key values of Boots, as well as their charitable work and partnerships with Macmillan and Children in Need. Therefore, I started with my opinion that each time I visited a Boots store, the advertising campaign of 'Feel good' was evident to me and I was made to feel good by the staff who put me first and dealt with any queries I had efficiently. I then went on to say how I respected the company for their charitable aspects and partnerships, and that I would therefore be proud to work for them.
