I was summarily rejected from this job, even though I have all the qualifications, including a pilots license. This role has been reposted many, many times (I think I first saw it about a year ago). It tells you something that this company is unable to fill this role in the Bay Area, which has an excess of hardware, aerospace, and tech talent. There is a point when you should not bother applying to jobs. This role is at that point.
