Interview
Started off well, ended up getting ghosted by employer after making the out of state drive to interview. Talked over phone with HR and GM several times. Later drove out of state to visit site and interview in person with regional controller and GM. Consisted of questions pertaining to current employer and processes, sprinkled with tour and personality probing. Nothing difficult or challenging. Overall glad I got ghosted was able to move on without having to consider this South West GA location.

Interview
Was a phone screen interview first, then an interview on zoom with 3 senior employees from the department. The interviewers were very friendly and shared a lot of great information about the company, whilst also getting to know more about me and my relevant skills. I was offered a position and accepted. However, the communication from HR at this company was deplorable. I was initially provided a verbal offer with a written offer to be provided the next business day. After much following up and calling during the next week with no response, my offer was rescinded with no explanation whatsoever via email. I am very disappointed in this process and even had other opportunities let go in favour of this one. The HR rep would not even talk with me to discuss what happened and work through the situation. Very disappointing experience!

Initial interview was with onsite HR lasted about 30-45mins. More cultural and canned questions. Nothing technical. Spoke briefly with plant manager afterwards in a 2nd interview. Was asked to come onsite for another interview with Divisional Controller along with Plant Manager. Drove 5 hours one way, thought it went well only to be ghosted.
