The team leaders first called me and did a phone screen. A week later I went to the officer for a face-to-face interview. They asked general questions about me, and the next day I had a job offer to start the following week.

I applied online and was emailed within a week or so asking for a phone interview. The phone interview was fairly simple, a lot of basic interview questions, they were very friendly. After I was asked to complete an assessment which was lengthy but not too difficult, just assessing your customer service skills. I was then asked for an in person interview, also fairly easy with basic questions. They did allow me to shadow someone while they were on a few calls. They told me they would be in touch within 24 hours so I should hear today or tomorrow.
