Very Structured but remaining fairly informal and relaxed. Notes were taken by the Showroom manageress during the Interview for her future reference and to compare answers to other candidates. Feedback was given at a later stage.

I have uploaded my CV I received an e-mail with available dates for a phone interview. I got call few days later and was scheduled for an interview with HR in a store for the next week straight away. After meeting with HR there was a second stage interview with Store Manager in the following week. I got a call with a job offer ca. week later. Whole process took 3 weeks.
