Very relaxed and comfortable Gavin the manager at the time asked me general questions about my day to day life rather than putting me on edge and asking ridiculous questions

First of all, the manager who was meant to take my interview was not in, and I had not been informed, funny enough the assistant manager had not been informed either. I waited 20 minutes over the time they gave me for the interview to actually take place. Literally a few questions were read from a sheet mostly personality based, what's interesting is there was not one question relevant to the role or my experience which is greatly relevant to the role. Very unorganised.
