I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Rushden, East Midlands, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
Application stated that you didn't need any experience due to the training provided
Had the interview, was asked the normal interview questions, after all of this he said he was concerned with my lack of sales experience. Was shocked at the basic pay you are on before commission, if you don't sell anything then you get a basic pay.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Northampton, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
I was invited to the Rushton Lakes showroom for an interview. The interview itself felt very relaxed. All the normal questions. There wasn't anything too challenging. I would advise checking the basic salary and weekend working before going in. I was quite disgusted at how low the basic was and although I knew it would be weekend working I wasn't expecting every weekend and all bank holidays. Very poor work-life balance.
This role is sales. I am a very creative individual and was looking to add a spark and wow factor to people's kitchens but was told this role is not about making pretty kitchens, it's about selling them. This role is only for very sales-minded people.
